Chris Cummins - your host

Kansas City Business Success is an audio podcast and the the great love of its founder Chris Cummins.

Chris, raised in Olathe, KS, has been a small business owner, artist and entrepreneur for 14 years. He loves ideas, business, discussing business and helping others succeed.

Chris’ main business is Portraits By Christopher, a fine art portrait studio based in south Kansas City, MO. Through the ups and downs of making his studio a viable business Chris found the journey both maddening, wonderful, lonely and deeply gratifying.

During the rough times, Chris learned he could count on other entrepreneurs to share their struggles and solutions, growth and stories to help him prevail. Often these other business owners did so simply to help a fellow traveler in need.

Chris started Kansas City Business Success as a way of paying it forward.

He is married and the proud father of two rambunctious children who already show an entrepreneurial fire themselves!
